Call Center Sales Manager Job Description:

VinoPRO is looking to hire an experienced Call Center Sales Manager to assist in opening our new Tucson Sales Office and manage it moving forward. The Sales Manager will supervise 3-5 new sales reps and also personally sell wine over the phone. As a manager at VinoPRO excellent customer service and communication skills are required as well as the ability handle the toughest of customer escalations with grace and confidence. An excellent call center manager must be organized, reliable, results-driven and professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities

·         Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)

·         Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, number of calls etc.)

·         Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses

·         Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards

·         Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures

·         Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, etc.)

·         Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

Requirements:

1 - 2 months of Manager Training in Tempe and CA - Travel required for training

  • Minimum of 2-3 years Call Center Sales Management Experience
  • Proven success and top performance as call center manager or similar position
  • Experience in call center sales is required
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and goal setting
  • Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
  • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
  • Positive and patient
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated

Compensation:

Competitive Hourly + Commission + Performance Based Bonuses
